Bi-monthly rates effective for billing on or after February 2, 2006:

This effects the Hampton and Fawn Haven customers.

The bi-monthly charge for zero to 5,000 gallons of water usage will be $33.33 per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU).

The variable charge will be $4.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons of water usage.

This new rate will apply equally to all cutomers: residential, commercial, public and private institutions.

Quarterly rates effective for billing on or after January 1, 2002:

This effects Oakmont, Harmar, Fawn Frazer and Non-Metered customers.

The quarterly charge for zero to 8,000 gallons of water usage will be $50.00 per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU).

The variable charge will be $4.00 for each additional 1, 000 gallons of water usage.

The quarterly fixed charge for non-metered customers will be $98.00 per EDU.

This new rate will apply equally to all cutomers: residential, commercial, public and private institutions.

RUS Rate District - Includes all new and future customers within the Bakerstown / Culmerville and Rawlins Run sewerline extension project.

At the June 15, 2009 public meeting, the Board of the Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority adopted by Resolution No. 09-04 the following rate structure for the RUS Project rate district.

A minimum monthly charge of $50.00 plus a variable cost of $4.00 for every 1,000 gallons of consumption, billed on a quarterly basis.

The quarterly fixed charge for non-metered customers (well-water) will be $230.00 per EDU.

This new rate will take effect July 1, 2009 and will apply equally to all customers within the RUS Rate District: residential, commercial, public and private institutions.

LATE NOTICE PROCESSING FEE:
By Resolution 2007-01, the Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority Board approved a $1.00 fee be assessed to all customers accounts requiring written notification by mail of failure to pay their sewer service invoice by the required due date.
