Charles 'Chuck' has been with the Authority since January of 2001. Before coming to the Authority, Chuck had over 23 years experience in the excavation business. In his current capacity, Chuck oversees all field activities such as new line installation, sewer line tap-ins, new construction sanitary issues, and line maintenance. He also supervises a field staff of (4) skilled laborers.
