Mr. Jenkins has been with the Authority since August 2006. Prior to coming to the Authority, he held various management positions over the last (13) years in the environmental and wastewater industry. Most recently, he managed the spent deicing fluid and wastewater contract at Pittsburgh International Airport. Enoch received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science from the University of Pittsburgh; furthermore, he possesses a Pennsylvania Waste Water Operators License. Enoch and his wife, Kendra, have two children, Jacob and Julia.
