On December 15, 2008 the Board of the Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority passed Resolution 08-04, adopting a Right-to-Know policy which is compliant with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law.
The Authority's policy allows for the acceptance of written requests to gain access to public information held by the Authority. Such written requests are to be submitted on a designated 'Right to Know Law Request Form' to the Open Records Officer. A Request Form is available in the FORMS DOWNLOAD section of our website. All forms are to be delivered to the Authority's Open Records Officer, whose information is listed below.
