LIEN/NO-LIEN LETTER AND DYE TEST
The charge for a lien/no-lien letter is $100.00 and includes the required dye test, which is performed by our field personnel. Lien/No Lien Letter requests should include:
Seller's name and address
Property address
DCDBA account number
Block and Lot
Municipality
Buyer's name
Approximate closing date.
The property owner must call the Authority office and schedule the dye test.
