Managing your Deer Creek Drainage Basin Authority account online offers convenience and flexibility.

  • If you do not have online access to your account, click the “Register For Online Access” button and your credentials will be emailed to you within 3 business days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Debit, Credit or E-Check

Make payment securely with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards or by E-Check on our online payment portal (convenience fee applies).

AUTOPAY

To enroll in automatic payment deduction:

  1. Log in to your online account.

  2. Verify that your email is correct and click “Enroll in Paperless Billing.”

  3. Confirm the enrollment through the system-generated email (must be completed within 30 minutes).

  4. After confirmation you will be re-directed to the DCDBA website and see a message confirming “YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ENROLLED IN DCDBA PAPERLESS BILLING.

  5.  Click on ACCOUNT (in the black header) to get back to the ONLINE ACCESS INFORMATION screen.

  6. Click the green “Manage Automatic Payment” button.

  7. Read and agree to the Terms of Service, enter your account details, and click “Save Payment Info.”

    Important Notes:

    • The Payee on your e-check will be GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS processed by HAMER ENTERPRISES of Texas.

    • Funds are deducted from your bank account a few days after your due date, though the payment posts on your sewer account on time.

    • Enrolling with a past-due balance will trigger an immediate deduction of the full balance at 9:00 PM that day.

    • If you stop or dispute a payment, a $20.00 returned payment charge will apply and future payments may be flagged as fraudulent by your bank.

    • Invoices will come from onlinereceipts@deercreekauthority.com — add this to your safe senders list.

    • There is no charge for using the AutoPay feature.

Payments after normal business hours (check or money order only) can be dropped in the secure mail slot at the back door of the office.
